• Orders of $49 or more: Free Standard Shipping
• Orders under $49: A 5 USD flat rate will apply

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are usually processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during:
• New product launches
• Major sales or promotional events
• Holidays
• Periods of unusually high order volume

If your order includes a special request or requires additional preparation, processing may take longer. We will do our best to keep you informed if there is a significant delay.

If for any reason our product doesn't fit you, we are here to help you. Here's how our return policy works:

1. You have 14 days from the time you receive your order to return it.

2. We accept returns for refunds, exchanges or store credit, but only if the item has not been used, is in its original packaging and in merchantable condition.

3. To process a return, please contact us at yarradesign.au@outlook.com.

4. We do not accept returns of damaged goods, goods without their original packaging or sale items. Sale items can only be exchanged or credited to your account.

5. Once we receive your return and it meets our terms and conditions, we will issue a refund, exchange or store credit within 7 business days.

When initiating a return, please remember that you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return reaches us safely. This way, you can monitor the progress of the return and be assured that it will reach us in good condition.

We accept a variety of secure payment options through Shopify Payments, including major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as digital wallets like Apple Pay,Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Many of our customers choose to send our handcrafted pieces as thoughtful gifts for birthdays, housewarmings, or simply as a “thinking of you” surprise.

BRASS BASED

Brass products will naturally tarnish over time but this is not a fault in the product.

These products are not resistant to water, moisture or sweat.

To keep your items in top condition, you must handle them carefully.

STAINLESS STEEL 

Stainless Steel Jewellery a steel alloy with a minimum of 10.5% chromium content by mass and a maximum of 1.2% carbon by mass. 

Stainless Steel has a naturally high resistance to tarnishing and rusting.

These products are water resistant, but as with any jewellery, it is best to avoid contact with chemicals to maintain their shine.

Please note that the color tone of stainless steel products is slightly darker than that of sterling silver products.

If you want to buy longer-lasting products, please choose stainless steel products.

STERLING SILVER

The best known precious metals are gold and silver.

Silver has a softer structure compared to many mines. Having a soft structure makes it difficult to process in various designs. In order to give silver a hardness that can be processed, it must be mixed with various metals such as copper.

925 Sterling Silver consists of 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper.

Silver is a precious and gentle material. Please take care of these products.

When you are not using silver products, we strongly recommend that you keep them in a closed box away from light.

When not in use, silver that is exposed to air, moisture and sunlight loses its originality over time.

Tips for longer lasting jewellery:

Jewellery will eventually tarnish over time when involving metal that is gold plated & silver plated . Avoiding contact with the following can slow the tarnishing time & keep your jewellery looking new; 

• Keep away from soaps, perfumes, and chemicals. 

• Clean with a soft cloth. 

• Store in a dry place. 

• Take it out while sleeping, taking a shower, in the pool and in the sea.

• Always remember that your jewellery should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off when dressing.
