For orders under $49, a flat shipping fee of $7.99 USD applies.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on destination. Delivery normally takes 7 to 14 days.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
You may return your item within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be in unworn, undamaged, and resalable condition with original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Personalized items, custom orders, earrings/pierced jewelry, and sale items are non-returnable for hygiene and customization reasons.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery under the same conditions as returns.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.
Once we receive your return, we will send the exchange item at no additional shipping cost.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
All products are carefully checked before shipping.
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with photos for a replacement or refund.
In this case, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
